ReplyDeleteThere are too many around New Zealand with this problem.
Unless they have an approved Identifiable Paint Scheme, in which case it is perfectly legal...
ReplyDeleteQuite right Rodney. NZCAA has the provisions for such markings to be absent and identification by unique scheme or markings is approved
