Wh...Lots of red tape and gobbledegook by the looks.<br />Where the reality is, the recent incarnation of a short lived Norfolk-Auckland service achieved passenger loadings struggling into double digits. <br /><br />In fact I recall several A320 services by Air NZ toward the end, despite harnessing the strength of the Star alliance network, achieve loadings of less than 30 passengers.
