There have been BAe Jetstream movements in the last few days... Originair's BAe Jetstream 31 was seen flying at Palmerston North. Originair's website shows flights resuming on 4 October 2019 from Nelson to both New Plymouth and Palmerston North.

Meanwhile, according to the CAA aircraft register BAe Jetstream 32s ZK-ECI and ZK-ECJ have had a change of ownership and have been reregistered to ANCL Investments Limited, (Air National Corporate). What that means for both aircraft remains to be seen. They were previously registered to air2there.

ReplyDeleteECI still sitting out in the Salty Air at PPQ and hasnt flown for over a year although now and then the engines get started and run.
ReplyDeleteECJ is in the Hanger at PPQ where it was parked up and used as a spare parts bin when Air2There first got it. Hasnt flown or been run since then.
Great news! I know there's a lot of palmy and nelson folk keen to see them up and running
ReplyDeleteOne of them was flying around NSN this afternoon putting the gear up and down before landing. Didn’t see which one before I flew out, but parked in front of the terminal as opposed to the hangar.
ReplyDeleteJSH has been flying a lot recently and is the one that's gone back to NSN. ECI is still gathering dust at PPQ and I dont think ECJ will ever move again.
