Cruddy Weather Regional Flying

Yesterday, the 11th of March 2024, I had a flying trip to Nelson in decidedly cruddy weather... Not a great day for interesting aircraft... this was Auckland...

Air New Zealand's ATR 72-600 ZK-MVC was having a bad day... delayed two hours due mechanical it started for Auckland, then shut down. Passengers off-loaded

Air New Zealand's ATR 72-600 ZK-MVH arriving into Nelson from Auckland... my ride home... we boarded and then sat on the plane for 30 minutes while the weight and balance was fixed. Congratulations to the crew for a superb landing at Auckland!
