Aoraki Mount Cook Ski Planes Sold

Something I missed that I picked up on the civil register... this is the only coverage I could find from Inflite's Facebook page...

INFLITE is pleased to announce that we have successfully completed the acquisition of iconic South Island tourism operator, Aoraki Mount Cook Ski Planes & Helicopters.
In conjunction with Mount Cook Ski Planes & Helicopters, INFLITE are delighted to be expanding its fixed wing and helicopter services into the South Island.

  1. Wow congratulations! What is their association in Taupo? I see there are INFLITE titles in IHF, a HeliServ AS355. Do they own a portion of the Funnel group now? They seem to be expanding slowly but surely.

  2. I had no idea they had introduced helicopters into their service.
May be a bit of on old-time traditionalist, but glad to see the helicopter has kept the yellow, orange and blue colours of the old Mt Cook company.
