Looking rather forlorn outside Denis Thompson International at Ardmore on the 9th of June 2022 was Britten Norman Islander ZK-SFK which is registered to Auckland Seaplanes Ltd. The reality is these aircraft were just too neglected by the previous operator. How CAA allowed these airframes to fly with such little care for so long is beyond me. There is nothing wrong with an older aircraft but like all aircraft they need to be looked after and cared for.
