While waiting for my flight to Rotorua last night (1 February 2017) after my third trip to Christchurch for a funeral this year I had the opportunity to catch a few bits and pieces at Christchurch International...
Pick of the day, Sounds Air's Pilatus PC12 ZK-PLZ arrives from Blenheim |
Bombardier Q300 ZK-NEO was off to Hokitika |
My first photo of ATR 72-600 ZK-MVJ |
And my first photo of ATR 72-600 ZK-MVL... my ride to Rotorua |
NEO - my friend! Great to see you're still rocking the old colours - long may that last! Had many good journeys on NEO, hopefully she'll be around for a good few years yet!
ReplyDeleteI'm digging that TEAL alot. I really don't want these colours to go. From what I know MCX MCY MCW are left teal wise for the ATRs. Q300s NEC-NEO could be wrong. As for the 772s unsure 5 left? And well ofcourse our last 2 763s NCG/I
ReplyDeleteHow many of those are still rocking the Pacific wave..?
DeleteCould the Pacific wave livery be come one of the longest standing liveries in Air NZ'S history I think it has outlived my favorite... the teal and blue stripes hasn't it..?
Must good having access to the Koru lounge, great for photos. Pitty CIAL didn't include a Observation deck in the plans. I hope Nelson doesn't lose its outdoor Observation deck?
ReplyDeleteYou are right... a friend has signed me up for Koru and it is good for photos at WLG and CHC... and for food!
ReplyDeleteAre you on Gold Elite yet, due to tiki touring around NZ.
DeleteI'm only silver!
