Fleet boost for Real Tonga



Starting operations at the beginning of the month was Real Tonga’s 19-seater BAe Jetstream 32 aircraft which has been leased from Australia operator Aeropelican. The Jetstream is being used on services from Fua'amout Airport on the main island of Tongatapu to Ha’apai and Vava’u.

Also arriving in Tonga this month for service with Real Tonga in the Harbin Y12 gifted by China.

  1. The Jetstream is now registered A3-SAM while the Y12 pictured should be A3-SPV.

  3. A3-CIA has been moved via ship back to the main Island.
    Whether it will be repaired or not is a mystery.
