Time to say goodbye...

With Air New Zealand Boeing 747-400 fleet now retired the last Jumbo, ZK-NBV, has been stripped of titles and registration in readiness for its new owner. It was photographed under tow at Auckland on 18 September 2014. Thanks Agairnz!

    does the new owner intend to fly with the koru on the tail?

    unlike the air new zealand and the wave which are decals the koru is painted on well blue on white tail,if you look at some of the 73s that have been withdrawn,the koru has been sprayed over
