Auckland Aero Club - Index of Posts
In the mid 1950s the Auckland Aero Club started regular air services to Great Barrier Island, Dargaville and Tokoroa. The Great Barrier service was the only one to continue and the Club operated this under its own name until 1975 and then under its rebranded commercial operation, NZ Air Charter until the early 1980s.
