  1. Going to miss the teal and blue!!! Even convinced my partner to paint a feature wall in the teal green/blue was a task in itself brining in my models and trying to match up the colours.... many ressenes test pots... "too green... to blue... to dark... to light.... just right!!!"

    Plane spotting just doest feel quite the same with loads of photos of black tails....... vs the teal and blue....

    Q300 the only aircraft still flying the Pacific wave livery minus the wave... this Pacific wave livery minus the wave hybrid must have to be the longest serving scheme in Air NZs history wouldn't it not be?

    Air NZ dc8 livery 65-71 6 yrs
    Air NZ dc10 livery 71-81/82 10-11 yrs
    Air NZ 742 livery (My fav) 82-possibly 2002 whenever the metros flew the last route and any possible "link" titles Saab 340 20 years!!!!
    Pacific wave 96-18/19 last 772 23 yrs
    Pacific hybrid 04/05??? (A320) 2019......15-.... when last Q300 gets painted....
    96-19/20..23/24 years of the teal and blue merged tail/Pacific wave....
    Black tail 12??-13/14 when a320 got repainted 1-2 yrs
    The fern... 13/14.....
    How many years does one think the black/white fern livery will last??? Is it a modern livery that will age well or will some teal or blue find it's way back??
