This blog started off by focussing on NZ's smaller 3rd level airlines, past and present. It has evolved to trying to present some record of NZ's domestic airline operations and some of the larger charter operators, interesting NZ international airliner movements and photos I have taken around the country. Wouldn't it be Cool if Air Kaikoura served Blenheim from Kaikoura with a Cessna 172 Skyhawk while Christchurch would be served from Kaikoura with a Gippsland Airvan

ReplyDeleteSounds Air operated a service between Blenheim and Kaikoura when the road was closed... There was no demand when the road opened. Sounds Air also tried Wellington-Kaikoura but it didn't work. http://3rdlevelnz.blogspot.com/2015/01/sounds-airs-kaikoura-service.html

Busy little airport at Kaikoura the terminal is really nice also.
